Armed with her Master’s degree in Business Administration, she has sharpened her negotiation and people skills, earning a reputation as the go-to person for companies when it comes to billing needs. Her passion for her work was ignited upon transitioning her experience to law firms, where she found her niche.

As our Billing Specialist, Claudia brings over a decade of experience to the table, dedicated to making sure clients are up to date with their invoices and payments and addressing any concerns they may have. Her attention to detail is unparalleled, yet her warm personality is what makes her an invaluable asset to both our team and clients. Claudia’s favorite aspect of her job is being able to answer clients’ billing inquiries and educate them on our firm’s billing policy.
